A few words you will see a lot

Start button
The Windows logo button in the middle of the bar at the bottom of your screen. Click it to find and open any app.
Taskbar
The bar along the bottom of your screen. Open apps and the clock live here.
System tray
The small icons next to the clock in the bottom-right corner. OneDrive and Hercules live here. Click the small up arrow ^ to see hidden icons.
Work account
Your work email address (for example [email protected]) and its password. One sign-in works for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and more.
Microsoft Authenticator
A free app on your phone that confirms it is really you when you sign in. You tap Approve or type a two-digit number.
File Explorer
The yellow folder icon on your taskbar. It is where you open, move and save files.
